These components matter, but they are not the main homepage story. They support Lead Rescue, Agent Guard, Governors, Axiom, and the infrastructure layer.

A buyer can review these under the relevant system rather than having to understand every internal crate or primitive first.

HIBS Execution Passport

The public ui-hibs-execution-passport repository ships crate hibs-execution-passport 0.1.0 and CLI hibs-passport. It packages workload identity, artifact and build references, authority, the exact operation and consequence, observed effect, evidence root and Replay reference into one portable object for offline verification.

Verdicts are Proven, Diverged or Unresolved. Passport does not replace Authority, CCP, Store, Stream, Replay, Sigstore or SLSA. make verify is the v0.1 verification matrix; live adapters are roadmap v0.2.

Estate Scanner and named boundaries

scripts/estate_scanner.py is implemented in the Engineering Library source surface. It is a shipped scanner, not merely a roadmap label.

Scrapgate, Landlord Duty and Credit Duty are named supporting concepts but are not present in the Execution Passport clone and are not qualified from that repository. LDPE is the scrape engine that is present in the wider HIBS source estate. Site copy must not use Passport qualification as evidence for those separate concepts.

Reference PRs skills-github-pages#100 and harvested-intelligent-betting-system#32 were closed without merge. Their honesty-test result (10 passing) is useful review evidence, but is not represented as a merged-main claim.

Assurance Evidence

Consequence Assurance adds the reserve, authorization, dispatch, crash-recovery and export discipline around consequential HTTPS execution. The useful library pieces are the adapters and evidence formats: CCP, CommitShield bridge, Passport, Witness, dual hash chains, crash-atomic export and offline verification.

Current boundary: implemented and published in private PR #1 with 43/43 native tests passing. That does not make it a public product release or an externally certified assurance service.

Scanner States

QUALIFICATION_DRIFT is part of the portfolio forensic scanner vocabulary. It keeps baseline qualification intact while making current clone drift visible through an effective state instead of hiding it inside a generic verified/not-verified label.

The catalog version is portfolio_asset_lifecycle_v2, with baseline state, observed HEAD commit, effective state, and a drift flag.

Boundary

Supporting library status varies by component. A primitive may have tests or demo evidence without being a separate production product, managed cloud service, or compliance-certified control.
